It was about two-thirds the size of an adult’s head and resembled a lump of carelessly slapped-together yellow and grey clay, with a few scattered clumps of wet hair. It was probably more accurate to refer to it as a thing that vaguely looked like a head than an actual head.
The woman stayed her hand and looked down at the head in the toilet. The head sputtered, N-no, just a minute … The woman reached to flush the toilet again. The head disappeared in a rush of water.Ī few days later, she met the head again in the bathroom. There was a head popping out of the toilet, calling for her. In fact, I would go so far as to say that it's one of the most mind-bending books I've ever encountered!

I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a thrilling horror read. I can see why "Cursed Bunny" was hyped up so much back then, and I'm glad I finally got around to reading it. There were, however, a couple of chapters that felt somewhat out of place, but the author's storytelling skills ensured that I was still engrossed in the tale. I managed to read more than 100 pages in just one hour, which is a testament to the book's gripping nature. Overall, reading this book was an enjoyable and captivating experience for me. If only we could have more pages for this chapter! My personal favorite is "Scars." Though the ending left me a bit confused, I was pleased with the length of the story, and I was truly impressed by the author's ability to build tension slowly but surely, culminating in an unforgettable twist at the end. It's full of nonsensical yet eerie stories that will have you gasping for breath in every chapter. I must say, this entire book is like a nightmare that comes to life on the pages. It is! I could read fifty to seventy pages of this book in one sit (although I am a slow reader). Some people are still putting so much trust in shaman, occult, and any supernatural things. My favorite chapter is “Cursed Bunny”! I, myself, love the story a lot and it’s really realistic. And the length of each chapter is just right, not too long or short.Ī brief note that some stories in this book are not always horror. The stories are pretty detailed, so I can imagine and feel the tension in the stories. All stories make me feel curious and some of those make me feel scared. Once I started reading this book, I couldn’t stop turning the pages on it. I choose to read this book because I want to read something light at first, and I prefer to go with short stories book. Although I don’t like anything related to horror stories, I enjoy reading this book.
